Maaszijde, quite possible that there's a strategy shift. However, if there is one, I would consider this a positive move. We now have much more expertise in the company than before, so better educated decisions would be no surprise. This does not necessarily mean that the former targets had been impossible or uneconomical. It does not even necessarily mean that they have to change. However, there could be better ways to achieve them.

And yes, I do believe that Ajit does not know everything and cannot do everything. If this were the case, we wouldn't have needed Suresh and Subhash. On the contrary, a great leader actively surrends himself with people who are better than he is himself. Peter clearly did so, and I very much appreciate that and respect him for his stance! And Ajit did so, too, when they recruited Subhash and Suresh.
