Coach (I mean Rexryan), I hear what you are saying, I am not saying they should or should not issue such a NR, just saying I don't want to hear that they don't do that. I am also puzzled why they do it sometimes and not other times, but not a big deal.

All that matters in the end is that the tech works and is adopted and ends up in revenue, hopefully an official indication of this soon.
