Perhaps the plans they are talking about, have nothing to do with finding partners?? Maybe the plans involve complete colaboration with a partner/s, like Apple for example, to bring it to market. Perhaps the plans involve much more than we realise. The new management may have been needed to progress this further. After all our previous CEO had little tech background, and therefore new plans needed to be drawn up by more knowledgable people, such as our new recruits. Why else is Blevins involved?
