"CR1"(Company Rep) a high ranking official from an up an coming company, "CR2" a right hand executive, "EE" (Exchange Executive), "EP" (Exchange President), "SS" (Support Staffer-Document Clerk)

EP: I would like to welcome you all here today, I anted to get us all together to finalize this and discuss key details. As you know this deal has been in the works some 9 months and we have now completed all major fact finding and leg work. At times, a bit frustrating operating within the labyrinth of NDA's but nonetheless necessary. We have representitives on the conference call speaker as well should we have any further questions from partners.

EE: I may add that without careful and generous cooperation of your partners and sponsors, this may have taken twice that time span.

(Heads Nod)

EP: CR1, are you confident in your postion enough to now go mainstream with these and other developments ?

CR1: May I preface by saying thank you to all involved including you and your people, EE. Its been an exciting time for us. I think though the next few years will be beyond exciting and bordering on historic. Are we ready ? Well, I certainly think so. The footwork and hands dirty period has been completed. Systems, and procedures are in place for any further developments and opportunities to be grown upon. Its tough that we had to operate this long under a veil secrecy, however circumstances demanded it. Truely when one seeks to disrupt a global industry from a base point of a tiny upstart start up, the guffaws and gasps of "impossible" or "it can't be done" are deafening. Until they come to your place and see the miracle, then the game changes.

EP: Yes, it certainly a saving grace, there certainly seems to be little competition at this point. The discovery is going to be in the top 5 of scientific developments of the last 200 years I do expect. For us its a pleasure to have such an up and coming game changer in our fold. This has been as much one of the most complex deals we have ever done and thats owing to the generous global potential of the company and the layers of approvals, legal documentation, checks and balances, that were required before anything could be said publicly. This should give you a definite advantage in advance time to market, over all situations.

CR2: We appreciate the opportunity to partner with you and others as we take this forward. We prefer to think of this as a global opportunity with many stake holders that we all benefit from and any downside cost risk will be spread among the many partners.

EE: Your partner references and conversations we had with them were some of the strongest recomendations we have ever seen. I don't think you could get a better, more prestigous and more infuential list of partners and their references. Unfortunately, we had to follow proper procedure and interview each one accordingly which is what contributed to the delay.

CR1: We respect that. Afterall we had or have been making some large claims to efficacy and to prospective features and benefits. We are just happy our partners share the same future vision. Thats why the secrecy as well, our partners wanted a substantial leg up on any future incoming partners, so its was an "on demand" situation. We decided that rather than let out bits and pieces, that several bomb shell type releases would be the way to shock the world, the industry, and the consumer. This of course, takes time, and many hands involved, but creates a greater shock wave.

EP: Shock wave is a good term, possibly even, in our view, multiple shock waves. SS do you have everything including documents together ?We will wrap with the conference call participants once all is signed. Our legal team is next door should any questions arise. Your legal team has also thoroughly vetted the documentation already and has a representitive on the conference call should they be required.

SS: Yes all originals, references, filings, memoranda, addenda, copies, signators, Letters of Confirmation, share capital, personal information etc are all here and ready to be reviewed and duly authorized and witnessed.

EP: Fabulous ! Lets start the process. Time is money and we certainly have spent enough in time capital. A necessary evil as you have mentioned CR1, I would think that you are now excited to be able tell the world.
