It's not chart POV, it's not the small fish talking their books causing a sell off. It's one of our largest shareholders. Pinetree. Pinetree needed a good NR from POET more than any investor. They waited past the projected time lines of milestone completions, hoping for an increase not only in SP but volume to sell without harming the SP. Just for a second think, if Pinetree decided to wait longer to act and a positive NR does not come before their payment date, they would bring this stock to its knees with a forced sell. It's just a really crappy over hang that we have to deal with. I hope they have their money, and we get a NR this incoming week. It will send the stock up sharply. If they are not done selling and we get no NR.... Well you know... I'm going to let it ride. GL to all. This post is all IMO.
