I would definitely buy an inital tranch now, as I still think we are getting news soon. If things were going to be significantly delayed , we likely would have heard about it.....but who knows.......then the only thing left is to dollar coast average.........keep buying on any weakness.....first thing in the morning is amateur hour, and most pros step in after 2:30 ......one thing is for sure, though, buying opportunities are on the wane
