Exactly my thinking. Suresh Venkatesan knows exactly what Globalfoundries' FD-SOI is. He also knows the POET technology in sufficient detail to be able to compare.

If FD-SOI is already bringing such big advantages and is thrilling customers that much, how enthusiastic will the market reaction be when a much more superior technology will be revealed?
