Dear Eileen,
The weekend plan was to take advantage of cheap tickets to London to spend a day with my four year old little ray of sunshine granddaughter. I arrived after a hot cross London tube journey in time to read her a bedtime story and kiss her goodnight. The next day with son (DafwithanF) and lovely daughter-in-law we walked in Richmond Park with the deer and some amusingly useless kite flying; the sentiment of your WHOA post was not lost on my family.
Waiting, as frustrating as it is in this world of instant communication/gratification riven world, brings other rewardsfor patience. No amount of carping about rights as a shareholder should unhinge the sensible behaviour of management to produce news until it is ready to, when the correct circumstances exist.
As regards ChartPOV's post, the statistics and 'science' of Trading Analysis and algorithm based investment decision making, so loved by Chart pov, will be justified by large data collection on what is happening in a clearly defined range of shares where statistical averages and norms will be a factor. I think the weakness of TA charts as regards PTK is that POET (PTK) is hardly a normal or average share, it will be at the extreme edge of a distribution curve where averages do not apply but the unusual belong.
The majority of longs here have a feeling about POET that marks it out as an unusual opportunity not a guarantee but one of extraordinary potential. If ChartPOV could pull out his magical chart for the unusual and extraordinary share, I would be interested to look at it.
with warm regards,
