Orange Cat: At this point, NASDAQ is a ways off.

No surprise. Remember what Peter Copetti said: "I would never go to the Nasdaq unless I had real partnerships in place." So let's wait for a partnership announcement first, then and only then ponder about a Nasdaq listing.

Without a partnership having been announced, it is absolutely pointless to relate the current share price to any Nasdaq listing requirements. The listing application will happen only after a partnership announcement, and at that time the share price will be elsewhere.
