Globalfoundries' new 22 nm FD-SOI is gathering some unusual momentum, customer interest and hype, says EE Times:

High Customer Interest in FD-SOI, GloFo Says

Do you dare to imagine what will happen when POET Technologies together with well-known EDA and foundry partners present the POET process and the POET ecosystem?

(Might be sensible, though, to wait until the FD-SOI hype has died down a bit.)
