I'll say it again, shorts are not a powerful force in determining the price of this stock. I have seen companies whose shares are highly manipulated, and they are nothing like POET. One reason - there are no publicly traded options in POET, and short players generally like to use options to hedge their bets. Can't do that here.
The day to day movements of this stock are not out of line with the fundamentals, when you consider the price this stock has traded at over the last couple of years, and once you accept that at the current time, the market doesn't want to put a $300 million market cap on POET.
