unfortunately, that statement is a case of [citation needed].

i.e., unless somebody can identify PTK's obligation to act in terms oflegislative or regulatory, I don't think they have to do squat.

from what I understand of the disclosure rules, the only obligation they have is to disclose to the regulators. (example ref. NP 51-201 s. 2.2 & 2.3)

if this was some random Internet nutbar, they don't have to respond. likewise if it was some anonymous claimant spouting unsubstantiated opinion.

and, ditto, even if it was completely true in every aspect, they do not have to acknowledge it to anybody except TSX-V/IIROC oversight (who will also keep it confidential).

I fully support them not doing squat.

if it's a nutbar, then responding is a waste of time.

similarly if it's a leak, I don't want their business objectives jeopardized! (do you?)

it has been proven multiple times that loose lips sink FruitCo deal ships.

the best course of action is to completely ignore the reddit stuff.

unless there's independent confirmation from a second source, Agora Rule #4 applies.

mods: the topic should probably be closed.

R.
