Hey Longbeachboy,

"Turr, SP should matter. I am not wanting to bash, but I am starting to get skeptical. I own 12,500 shares of this at $1.40, honestly. Just because GF employees and an Apple lawyer are involved doesn't mean anything if there is no one interested. Many companies hire in big wigs and give them share bonuses for image purposes. For example, Neah power systems has contracts with the military too. There SP is under a penny!

What Poet needs to do is tell us if they have a license agreement without saying who. They could also brag how big the customer is if they wanted to. That might help get this price on an upward trend if they did so."

Skeptica about what? I own more shares than you but at a much higer price. Image purposes? You must be kidding! What legacy and image would the new management consider? Are they there for the fun of it with options at much higher prices? I think not. POET does not have anything to do rather than run their business the way they feel is the RIGHT WAY! Not to appease you and other shareholders who are itchy and can't stand the heat. Bragging? I also think not. I don't know what you do in life or other posters do in life, but I find it amazing that so many people here are concerned about what management does. I think that you may or should sell your shares. I have seen this over and over again where shareholders become nervous and start to question the investment. This is a one time opportunity and either you are in, our should get out and put your money in a conservative investment that you feel comfortable with.

I wish all the shareholders on this board the best of luck. I understand the consequences and am prepared either way, however, I am confident that management will prevail.

All the best,

Clydes
