How many options and warrants are outstanding?

I received a couple of questions for the POET Technologies FAQ and answered the one for the number of options and warrants that are outstanding.

However, I did not provide a number, because this could change anytime. Instead I put down a receipe for calculating/estimating those numbers. It would be great if the experts here could check/correct/amend my answer. Thank you!
