That's a BINGO! I think it's a pretty educated guess that "achievements" are not longer "we've managed to do this..." it's we've managed to do this for company XXXX. The only way POET gets big exclusive licensing deals is if they can prove to those potential partners a custom solution to their needs.
I think the whole notion of Milestone completition ended at about 5, and since then it's been about catering and customizing, not, we're at number 7 or 8.
