I have never fallen for that "buying opportunity" concept either. While it's tempting to try and buy on the lows, for me accumulation has been steady regardless of the sp. Just too difficult to time the market with POET. This has yielded a reasonable dollar cost everage overall. IMO, any time shares are available is a buying opportunity. News at any time will make it all worth while.
