The best arrangement for the royalty payments and licensing fees would be payments based on the number of functions included on the POET chip in a device and not just a per chip basis. Or alternatively, a sungle per chip fee based on the possibilities of functions included in the design, even if certain functions are not explicitly used for the application.

I would hate to see us short changed on revenue simply because we only need one chip to accomplish what right now requires multiple chips.
