Thanks Dash. Just checked again and it is still there. A few of the bids have lifted so the matching bid is $1.66 (245 lots) and ask at $1.66 (170 lots) but the first bid remains 3.30 with 0 lots. Not worried but rather hopeful that such a high spread possibly by the market maker was signalling somethin positive. Anyways no news yet so just have to wait it out.
