In deed this is an interesting situation:
This presentation was filed at a time when Mr. Venkatesan was with GF, the topic and most of the content was already fixed.

Now that he is the CEO of POET, is he allowed to use this material (elaborated by him and GF)?

Most probably he has the concent of GF (which would mean that POET and GF have a good relation (or even a cooperation?).

And:

1. People will wonder about his new position and the strategy behind his move.

2. As our CEO I am quite sure he will modify his talk, speaking about the problems SI is facing at the moment (as planned), and about the solutions he is now elaborating with POET.

It would be highly interesting to see this presentation or to receive a transscript of it. Do we have some Agora-friends over there in Grenoble?
