Rainer ....with great respect and no malice intended.

My comments in bold......

Summary:

  • One of them is allowed to invest only after POET is listed on the Nasdaq (or better). The other one is already invested and will invest more. (This factor is as key of a component in their success plan as any, maybe the most important along with revenue 1a and 1b)
  • The new management is very strong and convincing. (Like Ali was to Frazier)
  • All the players in the silicon industry are having their roadmaps lasting down to 6 nm resp. for many years. Process chains are working very well and are very hard to break up. POET now has the right people on board whou could do that. They will succeed eventually, but it will be hard. (Process chains may "appear" to be working well at this time....once the greater populace gets a hold of the features and benefits of this product those chains will be have to be reworked over an adjustment period or be obsolete literally over night-hence early adopters advantages. As for hard ? markets are driven by demand, the demand will be stratospheric in time, you won't have time to throw roadblocks in your competitions way. You act now or you will die)
  • Virtually no experts in the field know about POET. (Oh I know of a few who do, and they will come out once the company comes out....right now its professional discretion....watch what happens when the real and measureable facts are outted)
  • Those who are investing in POET Technologies now will profit from the early stage, the lacking publicity, and the segment. (Those are called "pioneers', or even "forward thinkers", or "disrupters").

Allow me to correct a bit of misinformed topic here and further to my point above.

Many of the contacts I have within the industry know of the story here. Many know from myself and my referenced emails to posts on this forum (yes theres quite a few industry heads that read you all), DD, and inter-industry "dots". Many kjnow through their own connectivity as well. The fact that "Bob Jones or Sally Smith has not come forward is for a few reasons. In North America its called band wagon jumping and the down side (other than broken ankles jumping on and off) "IF" they are wrong is tantamount to professional suicide at this point. Analysts are one in the same as fund managers, who are the same as professionals and the science community. Privately.....murmurs, whispers, pssst's.....publicly (at this point only)...uh, um, er, gosh, "never heard of it"...."can't work"...."impossible".

You see the crawl up the ladder is long and bitter and they won't risk the fall if its not dyed in the wool, gosh darn, down and dirty, abso-friggin-lutely...guaranteed ! BUT..........when its revealed "offically" that it does work.....it will start slowly in the scientific community, then a sprinkling of business and professionals will come forward followed by a deluge of everyone from my wifes cousins uncle twice removed....to the President ?...saying...."I knew it all along". "Greatest thing since sliced bread".
