Agree, Abel, I see the IBM news as confirmation that GaAs is the future and the future is very close to now. Although I can understand why some would be worried about a giant's entry into GaAs, it's not like they will control the entire market, or even a majority of it. And when it can be fully demonstrated that Poet's solution is superior...
