The title is obviously not implying anything groundbreaking at this time.

It's actually more of a question. Many, many moons ago it'd been rumored that perhaps BB (BlackBerry) were going to team up with Opal/now POET CORP™.

What, if any chance is there now of a similar scenario occurring for real now, or the very near future?

We may have a possible M&A ? Which would give us access to military.

BB could conceivably give us access to what could undoubtedly be the most secure smartphone-device. (excellent potential as I'm certain most people are tired of big brother snooping.
