BB is a nice company and can have a future, so it would make sense that they try to get a license from POET.

But M&A? No, I do not think so!
M: Should be between equals, BB is way to big!
A: Poet is not for sale, so there will be no A.

M could make sense for the military part of POET, e.g. with a company like AlphaLight?!
Are there synergisms?
