Fortunately, Alfalight is not a public company, or that would have been a real issue, unless Alfalight had already gone on record with such a statement. I'm speculatiing that both Poet and Alfalight read that release and okay'd it prior to publication. Someone associated with Alfalight, other than the Alfalight person who approved it, then read it and was maybe really, really surprised, or mad, or both! Stuff does happen, and it can be embarrassing, but hopefully not too harmful to anyone in this particular instance.
