When you think about it, AM is still an advisor to GF isn't he?

Now we get our new CEO from that same compagny so i would imagine that for Mr. Manocha, to not be in conflict of interest, probably did get the approval of GF before engaging any discussions with his prospect (SV) and that would surely mean that GF had something to gain by letting one of his VP join POET's team.

It might also be one of the reason why GF has increase by allmost 50% the number of persons that are going to be working at their MALTA plant. If i am not mistaking, they had originally forcast to hire 1500 workers and now it seem that there is going to be over 3000 person working there.

Just a taugh but would like to know if my thinking is right on that one.
