We'd also be remiss in not thanking PC for his guidance through the turbulent times (remember drop $0.20/share), getting this company back on track financially and convincing Ajit to join the team.

He did an excellent job, was the right man for the time and it takes a big person to recognize that they aren't the right person for next stage of the journey and to step aside.
