Well, POET is, what I hope, an up and coming Canadian tech giant, see the attached documents. There are a lot of big names joining and they have clearly stated they are in the market for a new CEO.

Also, coincidentally, IBK is a very large investor in POET.

JB certainly would fit the bill, I think, perfectly.

Kevin Barnes would apparently have no other direct association to anyone there that I’m aware of, other than IBK, but not sure why they would invite POETs’ CFO.

Anyway, just doing my DD, might be something there to look into.

I just watched your appearance the other day at the Empire Club and it enjoyed it a great deal.

I’m going to get right to the point. Kevin Barnes was sitting on the stage with you and I am wondering if you have any knowledge as to why he was there?

I am an investor in POET Technologies, who Mr. Barnes works for and found it very interesting that he was present.
