Re the AGM, I suspect that the words spoken during the meeting will not be anything earthshattering, but I'm hopeful that the manner in which they are spoken and the overall ambience and atmosphere before, during and after the meeting will be telling, one way or the other. I suspect that not all management is as smooth as PC when it comes to addressing an audience, large or small.
