Looks like the market agrees with you and are impatient and fed up with the lack of news. Hopefully they have the milestones in good hand and announce them by months end. I keep thiking that PC and Ajit must have a plan that they are executing on a schedule that makes sense to them but that on occassion they have had a surprise or constraint in their discussions/negotiations as they attempt to execute. It must be very difficult to do parallel negitiations with multiple parties along different verticals and ensure that you are getting the right value for the product and that the off and on ramps in the contracts are designed properly.
