Yes, Strategic Trader, your four points make perfect sense.

After closing the first deal or announcing a partnership with a big name, much will depend on those investors that can buy on the Venture. They will have to drive the share price as high as to qualify for the Nasdaq. If that won't suffice, an RS will help. Then to the Nasdaq, then to the moon.
