...the Nasdaq by reverse orchestration?

The thought just occurred to me reading posts here. And I don't recall having read anything about this method. Lots on every other scenario....or, I may have missed class the day this may have been discussed. :)

Could there be a way for POET™ to buy into an already 'Daq listed/& trading publico? A position of strength by buying a potentially missing part (or desired).

Perhaps this could necessitate the rs 3-1 tool rather than the 5-1rs tool?

For a pp of $10M (from, we'll never have to come to market for more money)...ever...?
