Message: What Management IS Telling Us

Dear POET friends,

I am sitting in a classic English pub in the Dorsetshire village of Sturminster Newton. Before I have a couple of pints with dinner I am stirred to add to the mind bogglingly stiltifying arguments that are currently infesting this board. If I wait until after my tipple I could be in danger of being rude.

There was very little that is new to us in CC's post. He is simply repeating company policy that gives PTI the right to withold reporting information where to do so would jeopardise the business process.

The little matter he did reveal was that PC had a more important business development meeting in California than taking the BNN opportunity to promote POET.

Am I alone in thinking, that both these factors reveal that right at this very moment, the company is delicately poised in the performance of its business objctives, to the extent that it has to discipline errant shareholders to lay off demand feeding whilst they get the job done. OH! that also means there will be no surprises at the AGM

The reaction of a significant few here is beyond belief.

Whilst I accept that there is a hint that the tech milestones may be proving harder than expected, there has been no statement of further delay beyond Q2, I say so what if a genius delay is necessary, because It is clear to me that on the basis of probability, there is a likelyhood that a deal is in the pipeline.

For me the notion that the company is in the least bit likely to bow to the demand of the significant few here who fear lack of news or rational delay is damaging the SP they are guilty of observing the wrong indicators. Their shortermism and myopic view of the progress denies the sustantial achievements that have been made and were stated in the MD&A.

Rational Delays and lack of news are not going to stop this management team acting in our best interest to monetise Dr Taylor’s IP miracle. Did you notice that when talking of pursuing technical goals the word 'aggressively' was used.

To the gloom mongers and naye sayers I say this management team is on the case, with or without a new CEO.

SULA

My wife awaits her gin and tonic and I a pint of 'Old Speckled Hen' - lovely.
