No, I don't think it is material. I would love to have more updates, and this period of time is very frustrating for me too. A part of the problem is here, on this forum. We rise and create high expectations (e.g.. ''they cancel BNN because of a pending news'', ''CEO in May'', ''news next Monday'', ...). But they do not provide interim updates in between milestone updates. They are in talks with potential partners, signing a 1M$ agreement with BAE, working in a FAB environment and, at the same time, at UCONN, hiring top notch employees, developing new IP and updating old one... and it is just the things we know! You think they should have told us ''we have a problem with the sputter tool, we are working on it but we don't know how long it will takes...'' and if you do, when do you think they have to let us know? It is also probable that they thought the problem would be solved much faster. It is normal that they mentioned the problem it in the filing, it is the purpose of a MD&A.
