Responding to Rick the vet... Many on the Agoracom board responds to observations made with some validity... They state: If you don't like it sell and move on... Old mental model.. We own the company.. They work for us... If employees do not measure up it not for the owners to sell and move on.. It is time to get the wrong bums off the bus, the right bums on the bus and the right bums in the right seats (thanks to Collins). I am of the opinion that the right bums are in the right seats... Having said that my wife and I have made a strong commitment as "owners" of POET commencing at 2.80.. Yes we believed. We still believe thanks to the incredible diligence and intellectual capital provided generously by so many... Comfortable it will come to pass ... And further in my opinion will do so in the next several weeks with combinations and permutations that will boggle all of us.... Just taking a little longer that forecasted...tpower
