Now I'm glad they're waiting until the final hour to hire CEO. They all need to be paid on performance only and we all know they get paid way too much. But that's the world we live in and have to accept, After all when you're in charge of who gets what it's awlful tempting to make sure you are very generous to #1..That's how it evolved that way. Now shareholders put up with it as a necessary evil stealing money out of their pockets. Just my opinion. Of course many will disagree with that.
