Hi Chris, I'm writing to find out why Poet is going through another name change, does it have anything to do with the future move to the Nasdaq?

You're correct. In the US for tax designation and legal purposes all corporations are designated Corp. federally. Inc.'s are only recognized on a state to state basis.
