I haven't voted yet cause i still have to study all the details but one thing one my mine is thati think that my vote can also be use to send a message to mngt that it is time that we get more clarity and also return on our investment for us that have invested in this compagny long ago.

I just can get my head around on the fact that people waiting on the side will get the samenrewardnas we, who have been long. We are below the point that we were a year ago and allmost 50% down the year high.

I know some will say that i had the liberty to sell at $2.80 but we are all here becausennwe were been told that revenues and other big NR we just around the corner and that goes back to mid 2014.

So yes i beleive in this compagny but at one point they will have to deleiver.

When i talk to people about POET i allways get the same answer " Once it is proven, we will get in" and i am sure a lot of members of this forum, wish they would have done that.

In the mean time, our money is in a stock that have still to return some profit. It will eventually, i know but for anyone that got in over a year ago, the return is ling due.

So to get back to my orignal point, we need a way to send a strong signal to mngt that som2 of us are getting tired delays and mis-target and that they should maybe care a little bit more about what we are thinking. This is just my opinion and you might not agree with but i just feel like sharing my point of view.
