end of May to announce the new CEO.

Small correction here: "Final decisions are not expected to be made until May with respect to the top executive roles" does not mean a CEO will be announced until end of May. It means that final decisions will not be made before May (as we have seen). Now it is May and a final decision could happen. However, this is not a must. The process could well extend into the future. Remember this is nothing POET Technologies has in their own hands.
