I have the utmost respect for this team, and the departed members as well. Theres nothing like the task of taking a group, team, assemblage or membership of an organization and molding and shaping them into a cohesive force. Especially, in some cases with limited backup support, limited funds, limited raw materials, and limited belief in what you are trying to do.

So I can't imagine myself if I was in their position, how difficult it would be. Tiger by the tail, Holy Grail, The Fountain of Youth, the Paradigm Shift, the disruption of the millenium. call it what you want, it would be difficult as heck to manage its discovery and formulation, perfection, revelation, and keep it moving forward, get it monetized, and keep it there, secure it, and keep it secured. If I had to do that...it would scare the living heck out of me. My best effort would be to defer to more experienced people.

Think about it. If it were you, you would want to tell the world, it it were me....so would I. BUT......doing so too early, or too quickly or too unpreparedly......would equal certain disaster. So you would want to minimize or avoid as many errors as possible. Lets face it ...yoyur hands are shaky with the potential that you have inn them and your going to make the odd error....yes...?...So you would have to be able to turn left on a dime...... say if someone presented a monumental offer of any kind, which may effect other pending offers or effect conditions of existing offers...yes.....?

You would want to assemble a world class (if possible) talent pool and hand it at every level to stronger more experienced hands. You would want to keep the wolves away by reinforcing your walls, with people, paper and positioning. You would strategize day in and day out and change that strategy at the same rate to keep ahead of other discoverers and competitors and customers. You would meet with lawyers, accountants, exchange representitives, marketing and advertising people, you would plan an unveiling. But not before EVERY detail was covered, recovered and initialed and signed off on. You get ONE CHANCE on a discovery of this magnitude, you want to make all your mistakes if possible on a dry sheet of paper.

Furthermore, if you are in the drivers seat here, you would want to get this to the general public as soon as humanly possible (after completing all of the above). Research great discoveries, and see what interesting developments occured afterword.

What is the significance of June 12th in Silicon Valley ?

What are the media feeds (industry and otherwise) out of Silicon Valley ?

What methods do companies like the fruit company and the search company use for news disbursement ?

Will we see a new commercial before the AGM or after ?

If we don't want to eat someones "lunch" and we want to give someone else the power to eat someones "lunch" how do we give that power, how much power do we give and how many "lunches" could be bought with that power ?

Will the AGM have a video feed ? If so what distribution channels will be used ?

Does the NASDAQ have any "special dispensation" powers with respect to listings by companies offering a paradigm shift ?

Combined funds under management around the globe is into the trillions of dollars, who are the largest ?, and how many are awaiting in the background to buy this stock ?

The total number of vertical markets available to us are .......? What percentage of those could POET ultimately control ?

How many "average Joes and Janes" will be interested in a phone thats only required to be charged once a day ?, a couple of days ? a week ? Has increased computing power ? ........

If those who run (forgive me FJ I am a bit lame on this industry) power generation facilities, data centers, large buildings and/or structures.....can save 20, 30, 50% on energy consumption or derivatives of this thinking, would they not be all over a piece of it ?

No way, no how, I would not want to be, nor am I qualified to be in their shoes. BUT........ all things considered, bang up job on corraling the bronco, and getting a saddle on it.......now lets ride into the sunset boys and girls.
