Question about name change.

Why would they want to do a name change from POET Technologies Inc to POET Technologies Corp? As far as I know if you look in Wikipedia there is no difference between the two. Why go through the hassle to change the name. And hopefully doesn't take too long. Does anyone have an explanation as to why they would want to do this? GLTA
