Canadian content on BOD is one consideration for keeping SI. As posted previously, his trading activity is largely controlled and he must report as an insider. (keep your friends close, enemies closer?). Also, replacing him with someone new would mean issuing new cheap options most likely. We don't necessarily have to like him, but it makes more sense to me to keep him "on board". I agree with FJ - our interests are much alligned.
