Mystique: Please explain to lay person like me how close POETF is in achieving technical milestones and proof of commercial production ability.

Difficult to say how close they are at this time, because the company is very close-lipped and in steath mode about any details.

All we know is that the milestones

• 100 nm ring oscillator
• 50 GHZ VCSEL
• PET PDK

are very critical for industry acceptance. They are targeted for this quarter now, i.e. they could be announced anytime now.

Frankly speaking, I am indeed expecting them very soon now. Since they have been delayed already, it is important for POET's credibility to not delay them again. The AGM is close and share holders might start to vote "wrongly" out of frustration if no good news are coming. I believe the company knows this. And since they have scheduled the AGM for June instead of August, I think this is a good sign.
