For clarity, I do not think an RS is inevitable, I was just providing my opinion as to why it is on the table. If used as I summarized (if deemed a necessity), would be positive potentially, and I do not think they would use it to increase the SP to get on the NASDAQ, as I do not think that would be positive, quite the contrary. They should not need to do that if they got "the goods". As for my use of the word dilution, yup, poor choice of words, should have said increase the number of shares.
