I know you keep pumping that line from the CIC but I'm afraid that the argument doesn't work if you believe POET is the next coming of the IC.

The fact that one potential investor suggested there are a lot of shares out does not make a RS inevitable.

Furthermore, share splits are not dilutive, either forward or reverse.
