The general angst permeating on this board today seems to me to be totally unnecessary and more responsible for a down tick in SP than anything management published yesterday.

We have been around the consolidation argument last year and it was voted in at the AGM 2014. There was an excellent argument produced by bumblebee at the time which examined the logic for the motion in comprehensive and compelling terms. The nay sayers being generally those who have had experience of the negative effects on companies using consolidation because they were fundementaly failing companies. POET is not, and denying our management a tool they need in their toolbox if needed is daft.

The business re bankers was telegraphed by PC at the CIC event and raised no concerns at the time. For me with a 'necessary evil' attitude towards bankers, if they can promote POET to a higher market and the prospect of a better future for POET then they hold the trump cards then Yes they are a necessary evil that I can live with.

So let's count our blessings one by one and I simply cannot see anything to justify the glums angst fest. Be aware that time is counting down on a plan by PC to the point when we can be properly informed in a series of announcements that will propel this company on its intended path to sucess.
