I sure know which way my vote is going on both issues. Unless, like someone posted this morning, mgnt comes out with a very good NR before then but that i would not put alot of faith in.

One more point. The only way to value a compagny and its mgmt it is not with names added to the BOD or other executive rank but it is stictly with $$$$. If you l look at where we were a year ago and where we are standing now, i personnally see no reason to give or increase production bonuses to PC and the rest of mngt.

Show me that you can do the job and deliver and then i will be more than happy to vote to increase the bonus plan. Until then, do like me and wait.
