AGM Material - My View Point

There are no significant changes.
In actual fact I was pleased with the AGM information.
Stock Option Plan.
This is a key area I was interested in. I am very satisfied to see that the company is holding the 20% or less line. This is good news because we will only see a small increase of 4,075,000 in the options war chest; we as shareholders need to attract and reward the CEO and, in my opinion upto 2 more Senior Executives to finally complete the "Powerhouse" management struture and thus ensuring our disruptive technology is in very strong, experienced, proven hands.
Stock Consolidation.
This was never an area of concern for me. Too many posters focused far too much on this in a negative way.
It remains true that we "may" need this to uplist onto the NASDAQ, and we might not.
If the company announces a deal with just one (1) major multi-billion $ company, the SP will more than meet the NASDAQ requirements.
I am more interested in the other potential benefits of consolidation, whereby the SP is accelerated to levels that "enable" massive Tech Type Funds / Institutions to qualify, by there own internal policies, to obtain investment positions in POET. If you have a sound business background / acumen in the Equities Market, you will fully understand the potentially huge benefits of strategic consolidation; again only if actually required.
However, for those that this subject remains a sticky point, you now have potentially 1:3 not 1:5 which is an improvement, and again, only if actually required.

Big Picture
Following the recent talent additions TRAB (Blevins), BoD (DeBonis and Lazovsky) and our new COO (Deshmukh), it is abundantly clear that POET Technologies Corp. has something very, very special in the PET / POET technology.
The calibre of the above talent is simply world class and by definition of their association with POET, current shareholders have an investment that in my opinion, will represent and become "the" most exciting tech type investment over the next decade.
I eagerly await the permanent CEO announcement; being hand picked by Ajit no less.
The talent is attracted and drawn to the technology so no doubt in my mind the technology is everything and more, that we believe it is.
I doubt we will see any deals etc until after the CEO is announced, options issued etc.
Then let the real fun begin.
