Doesn´t it say "minimum" 10 million $ and was related to the bonus of Stephan.

For me this just indicates that there is a plan for a PP (which we knew before) but it does not say maximum 10 million $.

Can be also more - but SG only get´s the bonus if they can place minimum a 10 million $ PP.
