Morning all. I've come across an article from way back in 2011 (and apologies if it has been raised previously). However, it is an article stating that Apple have been tapping up GaAs suppliers for it's iPhone5. I'm assuming that this did not happen for this model, perhaps someone can shed light on this? However, what is most interesting is which companies they were tapping up: Avago, Skyworks and one we may have heard of....Triquint.
