Looking for comments re Proxy Material perhaps not seeking vote for new named CEO to BOD. Isn't it true that nominations from the floor at the AGM must be opened in accordance with corporate law? If so, then why couldn't the "new CEO" if on board by then, but not prior to distribution of Proxy Material, be nominated to serve on the BOD. Surely the Proxy Material will ask for votes to allow BOD to take action to add "new CEO" even if not employed by AGM.
